Starting at the Barton Springs Pool, the Barton Creek Greenbelt stretches for several miles. You will pass several popular stomping grounds starting with Campbells Hole and the Flats. Next will be the Popular greenbelt entrance where a newly iconic footbridge stretches over the greenbelt and overseas the sky scrappers of downtown Austin. Next you will run into Twin Falls, Sculpture Falls, and Hidden Falls where you will see gathering of people enjoying the natural waterfalls of Austin. 3. Take a Dip in Barton Springs Pool
Brrrrr, this one is a cold one! Barton Springs Pool is spring fed by Edwards Aquifer and stays year round at a chilly 68 degrees. Take a dip any day a week which is a must do for any visitor of Austin. Local residents pay $5 for an all day access while non residents pay $9 which is a measly entrance fee for a life long memory.
